Tips for the best results

Record in a quiet space. Background noise degrades accuracy more than anything else. A quiet room makes a significant difference.
Keep the microphone close. For in-person recordings, a phone mic placed centrally on the table works well. Avoid recording from across a large room.
One speaker at a time. Speaker identification works best when people don't talk over each other. Overlapping speech can cause segments to be mis-attributed.
Name speakers early. After transcription, rename Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc. to real names straight away. It makes your summary much more useful.
